1. What can I expect during my initial consultation?
   1. When you arrive (please come 10 minutes early) we’ll ask you to provide some basic information for us. We’ll then discuss you skincare history, the issues of concern, and your skincare goals. We will outline the best skincare options, establish expectations, and answer any questions or concerns you may have. You’ll have a chance to meet our people and see our facility so you can make the most informed decision possible.
2. How long will my initial consultation last?
   1. You should plan on spending 30-45 minutes for your initial consultation. Also, please arrive 10 minutes early so you can complete a brief client profile.
3. I’m not sure exactly what my skin needs, will you still be able to help?
   1. Absolutely. We are uniquely qualified to evaluate your skin’s condition and recommend the best treatment solutions possible. We find most people have many misconceptions about proper skincare and we are pleased to offer full information to help your decision-making process.
4. How do I know if I can afford your services?
   1. As part of the initial consultation, we will clearly define the treatment options and the costs involved so you can make an informed decision.
